Box Fit

Use Case: Suitable for new constructions or major renovations where you have access to the ceiling joists and can install the housing before the ceiling is closed.
Clip Fit
The Clip fit recessed installation include clips that secure the light fixture directly into the ceiling material without the need for a separate housing box.
Installation: This option is pushed into a pre-cut hole in the ceiling, and the clips hold them in place.
Use Case: Ideal for retrofitting into existing ceilings where you may not have access to above the ceiling space.
